Poland’s ski jumping team on Saturday came third in a World Cup competition at the southern mountain resort of Zakopane.

Germany came first, followed by Austria.
Dawid Kubacki put in the best performance among the Poles, soaring 134 and 143.5 metres, the second jump setting a record at the Wielka Krokiew hill.
The individual competition takes place in Zakopane on Sunday.
Kubacki claimed a maiden World Cup victory in Predazzo, Italy, last Sunday, to add to his second-place finish a day earlier.
Polish ski jumpers in November won a season-opening World Cup team competition in Wisła, southern Poland.
