12 top chefs from around the world met in Poland for the 5th edition of Cook It Raw
Cook it Raw , a meeting of world’s leading chefs ,who search for endemic culinary experiences, started in Copenhagen in 2009, then the chefs met in Lapland, Japan and have this year arrived to Poland , to settle in a truly picturesque region of Suwlaki in the north east, which abounds in forests and lakes.
