Research shows that knowledge sharing contributes to innovation, which contributes to the profitability of organizations
"Knowledge management where it's gaining the most value is trying to provide some new products or services to create innovation through the sharing of ideas," says Jay Liebowitz, a professor of practice at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
Liebowitz was invited to speak at the University of Economics in Katowice. He said that this multidisciplinary field that combinines business, social sciences, psychology and technology by openingly sharing ideas to improve collaboration and communication.
