When the Dalai Lama received the Nobel Peace Prize 23 years ago, the world was reminded about the repression of Tibetans by the Chinese communist regime.

Since then, 10 December has been declared Global Solidarity Day with Tibet.

The date, this year, is also the 64th International Human Rights Day.

As the Other Space (Inna Przestrzeń) Foundation organizes a march to the Chinese Embassy on Monday, our reporter Magdalena Skajewska talks to Tenzin Jangchub, a Tibetan doctor living in Warsaw, on the progress his people are making to win freedom for his homeland. (pg)
