BALANCE :: Poland targets Dubai

Poland in the Middle East… How important are first impressions in the business world of the UAE? Also, the shale gas hype has officially been toned down…
But first, with the global economy as is, countries are starting to get more entrepreneurial… and Poland is doing just that. Promoting itself to new markets.
Last year, Poland imported $88 million dollars worth of goods from the UAE, while it exported products for a total of $365 million, according to the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAlilZ).

Last week, in Dubai, a Polish delegation of business and government leaders attended the Annual Investment Meeting, an initiative from the UAE Ministry of Foreign Trade organized under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
