FOCUS:: NEW HORIZONS

New Horizons was set up as a festival of visionaries , uncompromising artists who speak of things importatnt with their own inimitable language .

From among hundreds of thousands of film producions from all over the world the New Horizons team selects those which due to thier power of expression cannot be forgotten. They may evoke controversies, discussions , protests and amazement - but such are the films which set the trends in the modern art of cinema.
