The continued imprisonment of former Ukrainian prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko is seen as a major obstacle to signing the agreement, however, Minister Sikorski tells reporter Michal Kubicki.

Last weekend Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski again called on the Ukrainian authorities to allow Tymoshenko to go abroad for treatment for acute back pain, stressing that human rights have always been at the foundation of the European Union.
