Poland's economy on the right track

As Slawek Szefs found out, the results in general may be considered satisfactory, though Q2 figures have shown a slight slowdown in a few areas, for instance, in industrial production sold and in the construction sector.

The good news is that successive months have seen gradual improvement in Poland's difficult labor market situation. This, in turn, should find reflection in consumer interest.

"It is important […] society receives a clear signal that the economy is picking up, so more money can be spent," deputy minister of labor Jacek Mecina told Polish Radio.
