After a lean period of hunting for well-paid jobs, or any jobs for that matter, specialists and managers can finally start looking ahead with greater optimism.

As Slawek Szefs reports, this is also a reflection of the general improvement registered on Poland's labour market over the past 7 months.

The latest Antal Global Snapshot survey, a periodical study encompassing some 10,000 enterprises in 40 countries, has confirmed the growing need for that group of professionals in Poland, both at intermediate and top company level.

Business service centres remain absolute leaders in hiring specialists and managers, with second place going to the IT sector.

“Recruitment at SSCs, or Shared Service Centers, inspires some optimism because strong demand on the part of employers results in an increased number of candidates being sought," Joanna Kucza from Antal International told Polish Radio.
