Warsaw Christmas markets

At this time of year there’s nothing quite like taking a stroll down the Christmas market, of which there certainly are plenty. This year, I decided to check out two markets to see what they had on offer, and first of all I checked out the market on Rycerska street just outside the Old Town walls… I bumped into a Lithuanian stall, one of a few I saw around the capital this season.

So far so good, but I wanted to get away from the centre and venture further afield, and what better place to go to than the northern district of Zoliborz and the market on Plac Wilsona…
