A study on how human reproduction is taught in Polish schools points to outdated handbooks, incompetent teachers and ideology delivered to youngsters.
The Ponton Group of Sex Educators has released the findings of a probe into how human reproduction is taught to teenagers in Poland. „Sometimes religious teachers also teach [sex education] and the two shouldn’t be mixed together, as these are two completely different subjects and what we would like to have is sex education based on scientific knowledge – not religious beliefs.”
