Jan Karski has gone down in history as the man who revealed documented evidence of the Holocaust... How do you write a comic book story about such a person and his outstanding deeds?

As Sławek Szefs reports, a translated version of an Italian comic book about Karski has just appeared in Polish book stores.
“Gathering relevant documents is a prerequisite, especially in the case of a history based story, as the one on Jan Karski. It allows to attain a higher degree of truth, a closer reflection of the past,” says Lelio Bonaccorso, author of the album sketches and drawings.
