A giant show where classical music meets pop is to be held for the second time in Poland at the the Atlas Arena in Łódż.

Night of the Proms, which originated in Belgium 30 years ago, has been brought to Poland by Kris Verbruggen , a Belgian living in Poland for over 12 years.
“I experienced a lack of mainstream entertainment on a high level in Poland,” he told reporter Agnieszka Bielawska, and in effect Night of the Proms is playing for the second time in Poland now.
Among this year’s artists are Katie Melua, Kim Wilde, Mark King, Grzegorz Skawiński, Rafał Brzozowski, Tony Henry i John Miles, Il Novecento orchestra from Belgium and the choir of the Łódż Technical University.
