While rescue specialists are slowly leaving Nepal, groups dispatched by humanitarian aid organizations are flowing in to the quake-stricken region in response to numerous international appeals.

As Sławek Szefs reports, Poland is no exception in this effort.

“We have incredible contributors,” says Marek Krupiński, head of UNICEF Polska.

“There are those who work with us on a regular basis within the framework of the UNICEF 365 program but there are also spontaneous reactions from people calling in and declaring considerable sums,” he told Polish Radio.
