It's been a few weeks now that the Foreign Ministry in Warsaw has repeatedly been issuing warnings to Polish citizens planning visits to some African countries and the Middle East.

Yet, as Sławek Szefs reports, despite the latest terrorist attacks there and the continuous official appeals, the stream of Polish tourists has been far from running dry.
"The mechanism of naive thinking seems to prevail that tourists are not targets because they support the main sector of the local economy. This is simply not true,” says Grzegorz Cieślak, an expert from the Center for Studies on Terrorism at Collegium Civitas in Warsaw.
