Agnieszka Łaszczuk spoke to Rafał Cieślak, PhD, legal counsel from the Cieślak & Kordasiewicz Business and Legal Advisory Office in Warsaw, on the subject of public-private partnership (PPP) in Poland.
“Instead of taking another loan, the public sector [starts] cooperation with the private sector,” the legal counsel said.
“PPP does not have to be limited only to typical public utility services,” Rafał Cieślak, PhD, added.
