Born into a French Italian family , for the past five years he made Poland his home. A visionary in the kitchen, an artist(though vehemently denies it) who designs the dishes to suit the spectacular courses, a man for whom cooking is a passion, an expression of emotion and honesty, a chef who works for excellence- and who has found Polish cuisine a huge source of inspiration..... Chef Andrea Camastra whose Warsaw restaurant has found itself on the list of the Diners Club 50 Best Discovery Series, which may pave the way to the list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
