Bad news for drivers: parking fees in Polish cities may be hiked even by 75 percent!

The question that bothers many is whether this fee increase is to discourage drivers from enterring the most traffic congested urban districts and thereby lower pollution levels, or is designed as a simple move to supply additional revenue to City Hall coffers?
