Grzegorz Brona is a nucleaur physists by trade but for the past couple of years he has been concentrating on his company, which he co-founded with two fellow scientists in 2008.

He is currently the Presdent of Creotech Instruments SA. It focuses on manufacturing and supplying precise measurement instruments for research institues around the world. This includes instruments to be sent to space.

Creotech Instruments SA can boast many achievements including Poland’s first cleanroom which mocks cosmic reality and hosts Poland’s first infrastructure collecting data transmitted by the European Space Agency.

Brona is still an active scientist as he lectures at the Faculty of Physics at the University of Warsaw. Before creating his own company, he worked at the European Organization for Nuclear Research, CERN. There, he was responsible for the software for the radiation detectors and management of the research team working at the Large Hadron Collider, for which he was awarded the weekly “Polityka” magazine scientific award in 2012. Since 2015 Brona has been a member of the Polish Space Agency by nomination of the Prime Minister.
