As Michał Owczarek reports, the campaign aims to promote technical and engineering studies among female high-school students. The “Girls as Engineers” report for 2016 was presented on Thursday.
“Nearly 90% of young girls in Poland know no female role models in this field – no female engineers, scientists, developers or programmers - and our role is to give them such examples, to show them technical universities are open to them,” says Bianka Siwińska, the campaign’s coordinator.
