Engineering options for young ladies
Female high school students meet role models in science and technology on Thursday during the 'National Open Day - For Girls Only' at 15 public technical universities across Poland.

As Michał Owczarek reports, through a great variety of events the girls are able to make useful connections and gain an insight into academic life at the country’s STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) faculties.
“We host about 300 girls from all over Poland," Paulina Król of the Warsaw University of Technology said.
“We have planned several lectures and creative workshops for them, with the motto of today’s event being: Imagination is more important than knowledge, as Albert Einstein once said.”
