Would a change in White House policy be good news for Poland?
Sławek Szefs reports that last week, Donald Trump made a statement commenting on present American foreign policy in the field of defence.
He stressed it is high time that countries which benefit from military security provided by the US should participate in the costs.
“In NATO only four of the other 28 countries, besides America, are spending the minimum required two percent of the GDP on defence,” Trump observed.
Poland is among those four mentioned Alliance member states which have implemented this pledge in practice.
