Sławek Szefs reports that the scope and interest in legal employment is a clear sign that the situation is ripe for setting up a labor union with Ukrainians in mind.

Work has already commenced on the registration of such a body.

“We do not want Poland to be a place where foreign workers are ill treated, regardless whether they come from Ukraine or any other country,” says Piotr Ostrowski from the All-Poland Labor Agreement (OPZZ).
