“A lot of people want to meet with Pope Francis […] but a number of them also have some memories of John Paul II and to come to his homeland is another experience,” Paul Jarzembowski, Assistant Director for Youth and Young Adult Ministries at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, told Polish Radio.

Sławek Szefs reports that with the total number of arrivals estimated at even 2 million people, Polish rail operators and airports have gone through a whole series of meticulous preparations.
