SOUNDS LIKE POLAND :: Storming with ukulele

After the commercially successful and critically acclaimed debut called “Parsley” (rough translation of her surname), Julia Pietrucha has stormed Polish charts with hauntingly ethereal ditties arranged mainly for ukulele.

Young, gifted and purposeful, she once gave up her successful modelling career in the USA to gain celebrity status as actress in her homeland. Now she tells Sounds Like Poland how she is dumping this too to follow her heart onto the stage. Along the way she's sure to strum away some impromptu live-in-the-studio jams.
