Finance Ministry releases revised budget figures
The Finance Ministry has released revised figures for this year's national budget and an updated forecast for state income and expenses in 2017.

"Following the publication of data by the Central Statistical Office [GUS] for the 1st and 2nd quarter, which vividly showed a slower pace of economic growth than had been earlier planned for the first half of 2016, the Finance Minister had no other option,” Monika Kurtek, chief economist at Bank Pocztowy, told Polish Radio.
