Russia-OPEC agreement may hit Polish customers
Polish customers may be affected, albeit not immediately, by Russia’s pledge to support a curb on oil output, experts say.

As Michał Owczarek reports, Russian President Vladimir Putin sent oil prices rising on Monday by telling an energy congress in Istanbul that Russia would support curbs on petroleum output proposed by OPEC members.
“I think this will affect prices at gas stations in Poland but not so quickly, not today or tomorrow, not like on the global market,” says fuel market expert Andrzej Szczęśniak.
