LOT airline expands fleet
LOT Polish Airlines have added the Boeing 737 'Max 8' to its fleet having greater passenger comfort and lower operation costs in mind.
Poland's national air carrier is continuing its modernisation process.
Sławek Szefs reports that next year LOT's fleet will be expanded by a further series of six new generation machines contracted with the American company.
CEO Rafał Milczarski disclosed that Boeing came up with the most advantageous deal and that is why it was chosen.
“No other criteria had been employed and I would like to stress this emphatically," Milczarski told Polish Radio.
