New EU consensus on migrant crisis?
A new, broader European agreement on the migrant crisis is possible, Polish officials say, summing up decisions made at a two-day EU summit in Brussels late last week.

As Michał Owczarek reports, any changes to migration policy could mean moving away from mandatory migrant quotas, which the Polish government has strongly criticised.
“This goal was a top priority for the [Polish] government from the very beginning. We are starting talks about changing migration policy, which for Poland means leaving behind mandatory quotas,” Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydło said.
