Poland and UK seek closer ties before Brexit
Polish government officials led by Prime Minister Beata Szydło held talks with their British counterparts as part of their countries’ first ever "intergovernmental consultations" in London on Monday.

As Michał Owczarek reports, Britain promised Poland strong business and diplomatic ties as well as a deployment of troops near the Russian border.
"As to Brexit, during our consultations I brought up the crucial subject of securing guarantees for Polish citizens living and working in the UK,” Szydło said.
