Major Polish charity goes online
It's that time of the year when the big Polish charity organisation known as the Orchestra of Christmas Charity is holding its annual Finale.
This year marks the 25th jubilee finale of the Orchestra.
As well as a national collection drive and music events throughout the country and internationally, part of the fundraising has nowadays moved to internet auction sites. Among the auctions is one by the community of Polish filmmakers.
Kalina Cybulska from the Polish Film Institute tells Elżbieta Krajewska about the rare items (and not only) which are being sold.
The auction, with all its rare collectors’ items from the world of Polish filmmaking, is in the charity section of a major auction site.
