Among issues discussed in the small town in the Swiss Alps were the future of the European Union and international security, matters of particular concern for Poland.

“The single greatest bulwark for our transatlantic partnership is the unshakable commitment of the United States to all our NATO allies,” said outgoing US Vice-President Joe Biden.

Poland’s Deputy Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, who also serves as Development and Finance Minister, as well as foreign minister Witold Waszczykowski are among the attendees of this year’s World Economic Forum.
