Cohesion policy vital for EU, officials agree in Warsaw
Cohesion Policy is vital to build the future of the EU and a key answer to the challenges of the post-Brexit scenario.

As Michał Owczarek reports, this was the main message shared by the development ministers of the Visegrad Group countries and four other countries in the region who met in Warsaw on Thursday.
“Of every euro transferred to our countries under the cohesion policy, 80 euro-cents – 80 percent of the total – is returned to other member states in the form of orders or programmes [for goods or services], as well as trade assistance,” said Poland’s deputy Development Minister Jerzy Kwieciński.
