Poland's president wants a vote on constitutional reform
Polish President Andrzej Duda has said that he wants Poles to vote in a referendum next year on possible changes to the country's constitution.

Duda announced his plan in a Wednesday address coinciding with the anniversary of the 3 May Constitution of 1791.
Michał Owczarek reports.
"It's time for a serious constitutional debate, and I want to heavily underline this as the President of Poland, a debate with the whole of the Polish nation, not just with politicians and elites,” Duda said.
