Poland launches programme to support promising athletes
TEAM 100, a special sponsorship programme for young and talented Polish athletes, has just been launched.

Sławek Szefs reports that TEAM100 was jointly created by the Sports and Tourism Ministry and the Polish National Foundation (PFN), established by 17 major Treasury-owned companies with the aim of promoting Poland's international image.
“You have already won medals at European, world and all-Poland championships and are now making your first steps in the field of grand professional sports. The Polish State wants to assist you in this,” said PM Beata Szydło at the inaugural ceremony addressing the programme’s beneficiaries in Warsaw.
