Polish Film Festival launched in Gdynia
The 42nd Polish Film Festival opened in Gdynia on the Baltic coast on Monday.

Over 50 films are scheduled for screening during the festival.
Seventeen features are competing for the Golden Lion award in the main competition, including eight directorial debuts and two others by up-and-coming directors.
The festival's director, Leszek Kopeć said that it is "a great occasion to summarise this past year in Polish cinema."
