Professional drivers do not feel safe on the job
A recent survey among Polish truckers has indicated that one in three feel their personal safety to be in jeopardy while at work.

Sławek Szefs reports that professional drivers are people "on the go" and their duties often take them to not only distant but sometimes even dangerous places.
"Part of this situation arises from the vast number of vehicles criss-crossing Europe and the huge wave of desperate migrants intent on entering various countries, especially the UK,” Euzebiusz Jasiński from the Association of International Road Transport told Polish Radio.
