The European Commission has taken court action against Poland for persitent refusal to accept migrants from the Middle East and Africa

Similar charges have been filed in the EU Court of Justice against Hungary and the Czech Republic.
Sławek Szefs reports that Warsaw will not change its policy on the matter, arguing that migrants pose a potential threat to security.
"Our position is clear: we do not agree to the solution proposed by the European Union two years ago," commented Poland's foreign minister Witold Waszczykowski.
