V4 meets in Budapest

The talks focused on the future of Europe, migration, common agricultural policy, and the future EU budget, as well as on the establishment of a Central European Development Bank.
Morawiecki explained the idea of such an institution: "The Development Bank will serve joint financing of infrastructure within the V4 states, the idea was born some two weeks ago so it is definitely too early to talk about final goals and dates.”
