The European Commission is to present proposals on how to increase military mobility in Europe.
Last December 25 EU member states, including Poland, signed a deal on close military cooperation called PESCO.
Minhea Motoc, an advisor to the European Commission chairman and former head of defence of Romania, tells Polish Radio's Wojciech Cegielski that common European defence is not competiton for NATO but a complementary structure.
