The title of Monument to History is given to sites of significant architectural, historic, cultural or scientific value.

Ninety-one sites have been listed as Monuments to History since 1994.

Among the 10 new sites is a Marian shrine in the village of Święta Lipka in northeastern Poland that dates back to the 14th century.

Other new Polish Monuments to History include the Wisłoujście Fortress, a historic fortress in the port city of Gdańsk, and the Castle of Warmian Bishops, a fortified castle from the 14th century in the northern town of Lidzbark Warmiński, one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture country-wide.
