Exhibits from 1939 World's Fair back in Poland
The Polish History Museum has just received a magnificent collection of items from the Polish exhibit at the 1939 World's Fair in New York.

Sławek Szefs reports that the collection has been donated by the heiress of Jerzy Starczewski, a Polish film producer, who purchased over seventy items from the Polish pavilion when auctioned in 1940.
"If my uncle had more money he would have probably bought everything,” Maria Starczewska-Lambasa, who inherited the collection, told Polish Radio.
