Polish Radio folk music festival winds down
An annual folk music festival held by public broadcaster Polish Radio has come to an end in Warsaw.
The Nowa Tradycja (New Tradition) festival is the biggest and most prestigious folk music event in Poland. It has been organised since 1998 by the Polish Radio Centre for Folk Culture, and features both Polish and foreign ensembles.
This year was the 21st time the festival has been held. The event ran from May 10 to 13 and was dominated by electronic music combined with traditional tunes.
