Poland marks 550 years of setting up parliament
The Polish president, MPs, senators and other top officials on Friday marked 550 years since the country decided to set up a parliament.

On July 13, 1468, Polish noblemen decided they would hold a session of parliament in November that year, thus starting one of Europe's oldest parliamentary traditions.
