Petrol giant plans domestic and foreign takeovers
Poland’s petrol giant PKN Orlen on Tuesday said it had filed a full set of analyses ahead of its pending motion for European Union approval of its planned takeover of local rival Lotos.

PKN Orlen also announced that it was planning expansion in Lithuania and the Czech Republic.
