The Foundation's Daniel Potkański tells Elżbieta Krajewska about the effort - and some of the surprising things that could be learnt from the gravestones. The accompanying music is Wojciech Bobowski - Ali Ufki Bey - who in the 17th century became a composer for the Sultan in Istanbul.
