Officials representing the local authorities and the British Navy and Air Force laid wreaths at the city’s RAF and Allied Forces Monument and Polish Navy Memorial Plaque.

They were joined by Polish Ambassador to Britain Arkady Rzegocki and the crew of the Polish National Foundation’s yacht I Love Poland now on a special commemorative voyage around the world.
