Long-lost work by Polish artist to go on show
The National Museum in the southern Polish city of Kraków is preparing to showcase two newly acquired paintings by Stanisław Wyspiański, one of the country's greatest artists.

The paintings, dating from 1897 and 1904, were acquired last week thanks to a subsidy from Poland's culture ministry.
The whereabouts of one of the canvases had remained unknown for more than a century.
