Polish sports minister outlines achievements
Poland’s sports and tourism minister has outlined the government’s achievements in building and modernising sports facilities as well as in establishing special programmes to help young athletes develop their careers.

Witold Bańka also laid out Poland’s tourism goals and spoke about efforts to boost the country’s image abroad.
“We expect 2019 to see over 20 million foreign tourists in Poland, but there is much work ahead of us in marketing and promotion,” Bańka said at a conference in Warsaw on Monday.
