The Agricultural Ministry's national culinary project

The Ministry intends to "codify and describe the traditional features, methods or recipes, the richness of tastes, products and dishes, which will be considered the fundament of Polish cooking. It is an attempt to clarify the area in a way so as to support our national identity, lead to a certain renaissance of Polish cuisine, and assure a unified image internationally".
